On Thursday, September 29, 2022, KYCC presented its 21st Annual Benefit Concert, KOREATOWN STANDS Vol. III: Celebrating 47 Years in Koreatown. The concert was held virtually and streamed live on KYCC’s Youtube channel

The virtual concert was hosted by Alex Reid and Maru Kim, and featured artists including Dionne Warwick, Justin Park, Irene Diaz, CLARA, and Tim Hwang. Special guests also included Ki Hong Lee, Dumbfoundead, and Chair of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, Holly Mitchell.

Every year, KYCC’s virtual concert is an opportunity to fundraise for KYCC, while also celebrating the decades of work and service that KYCC has provided to the Koreatown community. This year’s virtual concert highlighted the work of KYCC’s Housing, Recovery Services, and Koreatown Storytelling Program

A special thank you to this year’s Title Sponsor, Holly Mitchell, Chair of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

“I’ve witnessed the positive impact [that KYCC has had] on our residents and small businesses…KYCC has provided essential services to the residents of the 2nd District, as well as the entire county, from building affordable housing, mental health counseling, to youth services to your amazing childcare facility and more,” says Holly Mitchell. “KYCC consistently shows up for all of us as Angelenos.”

KYCC would like to also thank YSM Production for their production of this year’s virtual concert.
