KYCC’s 50th Anniversary Benefit Concert will take place on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. PDT. The concert will be hosted in person at Walt Disney Concert Hall, located at 111 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90012. The funds raised during this year’s concert will go towards supporting the variety of services provided for the Koreatown community by KYCC. Kim Tae-Woo
Kim Tae Woo is the main vocalist of the legendary Korean pop group g.o.d, known for his exceptional vocal ability and emotional delivery. As one of the defining figures in K-POP history, he has garnered widespread love from the public. As a solo artist, he has achieved tremendous success across multiple genres including ballad, R&B, and dance, broadening his musical spectrum. His solo albums consistently rank high on music charts and have earned him a wide fanbase.

Eric Benét
Eric Benét is a four-time Grammy-nominated R&B artist known for soulful hits like “Spend My Life with You” and “Sometimes I Cry.” His music blends emotional depth with smooth vocals, as heard in his recent single “Sunshine.” A committed advocate, Benét also supports global education and anti-trafficking efforts through his nonprofit work. With over two decades in music, he continues to captivate audiences with timeless sound and heartfelt performances.

Trish Toledo
Born in Carson, CA to Ecuadorian-Guatemalan parents, Trish Toledo grew up immersed in classic pop, soul, cumbias, and ballads through her musician father and older siblings. Influenced by raw, heartfelt performances, she records in one take, channeling life experiences into timeless songs. Blending past and present, Trish bridges generations, reviving beloved music for a new era.

Korean American Music Foundation
Under the auspices of the Korean American Music Foundation, the Korean, American Youth Symphony (KAYS) provides the opportunities for young musicians to perform orchestral works. It is the orchestra’s mission to help nurture the talent of Korean American youth, while strengthening the performing arts for future generations.
KYCC Celebrates 23rd Annual Benefit Concert at Zipper Concert Hall
On September 12, 2024, KYCC presented its 23rd Annual Benefit Concert at The Colburn School’s Zipper Concert Hall in Downtown Los Angeles. This year’s benefit concert raised $482,000 of unrestricted funds to support programs and services across KYCC. The concert was held in partnership with the Korean American Music Foundation (KAMF), whose talented orchestra accompanied all of our evening’s performers. This year’s Title Sponsor was Bank of America.
