This year KYCC celebrated the holidays with our community, at our 30th Annual Holiday Carnival! On December 9, 2023, thousands of KYCC clients, community members, and their families joined us at Hobart Blvd. Elementary School to enjoy free, hand-wrapped gifts from Santa, arts and crafts, carnival games, and entertainment by J.U.i.C.E. hip hop, Hwarang/Nanta Drummers and Larchmont Charter High School Choir. This year’s Holiday Carnival served 594 households and over 1,000 toys were given away!

KYCC’s Holiday Carnival began 30 years ago, born from our staff’s desire to give back to our families and community during the holiday season. Three decades later, we are grateful for our community and the vibrant spirit of Koreatown for allowing us to keep this tradition alive.

Free resources and activities were also provided by our community partners and in-kind donors.
