KYCC Celebrates Korean Heritage Night with the LA Clippers

On January 12, 2026, KYCC hosted Korean Heritage Night with the Los Angeles Clippers at the Intuit Dome. For the seventh consecutive year, KYCC proudly partnered with the Clippers to celebrate Korean heritage and culture alongside our Los Angeles team. The 7:30 p.m. game against the Charlotte Hornets honored the Los Angeles Korean American community, highlighted Korean culture, and recognized KYCC as the Nonprofit of the Game. This special event has become a cherished tradition and a highlight for KYCC and all who join us in celebration.

Throughout the evening, KYCC proudly spotlighted outstanding volunteers from KYCC’s Youth BRIDGE program on the big screen at halftime and partnered with the Hwarang Youth Foundation for an electrifying halftime performance featuring traditional Korean drumming. 

Students from KYCC’s Youth Services Program were treated to truly once-in-a-lifetime experiences, cheering on the team from the fan tunnel as players ran past for high fives while entering the court, and later standing on the court alongside the players during the national anthem. These memorable moments made the night especially meaningful for our students and families.

Korean Heritage Night is more than a celebration of the Korean community—for KYCC, it has become a cherished tradition and a deeply meaningful opportunity to create lasting memories for our youth and families. Now in its seventh year, this special night allows families and children to experience the joy and excitement of an NBA game in truly unforgettable ways, from stepping onto the court to sharing moments together that many only dream of. We are grateful to celebrate this tradition alongside our clients, supporters, and friends of KYCC, and to continue building memories that will stay with our community for years to come.
