On April 18, KYCC hosted its 11th Annual Fore Children and Families Golf Classic at the Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine, CA. By the end of the event, KYCC raised over $100,000 to support our programs and services in education, housing, finances and health.

The Thursday was sunny and breezy–perfect conditions for golfing and charity. Players competed in 36 teams of four in an exciting, 18-hole golf tournament that lasted all day. Upon check-in, participants were given gift bags, lunch boxes, and entered into a raffle to win prizes, such as a cordless Dyson vacuum and a 65″ LG TV provided by generous donors.

After an afternoon of golf, staff and tournament guests retired to the enjoy a dinner and a raffle at Strawberry Farms’ Big Red Barn.
