KYCC understands that many students in Koreatown have busy parents who work long hours and aren’t home until past 6 p.m. Late Night, Study Night (LNSN) is a new program that supports those students looking for some extra academic support and company during these times.

LNSN provides a fun, supervised space for middle and high school students to study and relax. Our talented volunteers provide comprehensive support from academic help to facilitating more creative pursuits. LNSN hosts enrichment workshops (e.g. self-care, college/career prep, photography, creative writing, analytical writing, jewelry making, cooking, etc.) for students who are interested in honing their academic skills or wanting to engage in fun hobbies. At KYCC, we recognize the importance of being a well-rounded student and aim to provide youth with both academic and creative skills needed to succeed.

For those hard-working parents, LNSN is a safe, productive space for your children to be while you are away. We recognized that although there are many after-school programs in place, there is a significant lack of late night programs for students. KYCC is proud to offer LNSN for those families who would like some assistance during the evenings.

LNSN will take place every Thursday evenings from 6pm-9pm at the Wilton site. All participants are free to use any of the school/art supplies at Wilton and snacks will be provided.

We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help out. If you have a talent in any of the above mentioned fields and would like to donate your time and skills, please let us know!
