KYCC is now promoting the new Federal Lifeline program, which offers discounts on home phones or cell phones (but not on both) through our Consumer Advocacy program.

Consumer Advocacy specializes in educating our community about new telecommunication services such as cell phones, home phones and internet services, and helps resolve billing errors and reducing utility payments through Southern California Gas Company and Southern California Edison.

KYCC has long promoted California Lifeline, which provides discounts for home phones based on income or enrollment in public benefit programs.
