On May 5, KYCC’s Children Center celebrated Cinco de Mayo with all of the students at the preschool. We made salsa, drank horchata, salsa danced, and learned about the Mexican flag.

Children’s Center teachers are responsible for creating environments and experiences that are culturally rich and respectful of the diversity among children. We are building a foundation for all learners to develop an understanding and respect for themselves and others in our world.
