The 19th Annual Asian Small Business Expo
The Asian Pacific Islander Small Business Program (APISBP) is hosting its 19th Annual Asian Small Business Expo on Sat., Oct. 6, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Quiet Cannon in Montebello, CA.
The Expo is highlighting digital marketing with this year’s theme: “Growing Your Business Online: Standing Out in the Digital World.” The keynote speaker is Jerome E. Horton, Board Member of the California State Board of Equalization. A panel of three women entrepreneurs- Patricia Tsai, Fiona Hilario and Mylen Yamamoto-will discuss best digital marketing strategies for small businesses.
Every year, hundreds of participants register for this business-to-business event. Exhibitors include financial organizations, franchises, and governmental and legislative representatives. There will be free admission, free parking and free workshops.
KYCC’s Small Business Development program offers workshops and one-on-one counseling for Korean American and Koreatown businesses. As part of the Asian Pacific Islander Small Business Program (www.apisbp.org), KYCC is funded by the Small Business Administration to provide expert guidance and advice on how to start, manage and grow your own business.
