KYCC (Koreatown Youth and Community Center) and Mental Health Advocacy Services (MHAS) will be offering a free special education legal clinic on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the Menlo Family Center (1230 S. Menlo Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90006) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
