Written by the bestselling author Bakari Sellers, the book ends with the question, &#8220;So what will you dream and how will you change the world?&#8221;. Each of our students and volunteers answered this question and wrote their responses down. One wrote, &#8220;Improve the foster care system&#8221; and another wrote, &#8220;My dream is for all people to be nice.&#8221; Litzy wrote, &#8220;My dream is to change the world.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24059\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kyccla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/BHM1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kyccla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/BHM1.jpeg 1600w, https:\/\/www.kyccla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/BHM1-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.kyccla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/BHM1-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.kyccla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/BHM1-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/www.kyccla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/BHM1-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.kyccla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/BHM1-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Elementary Program Lead, Xochitl Vazquez, in our Menlo elementary program, led an activity on Ruby Bridges, the African-American child to desegregate an all-white school in Louisiana.
