Power Up Your Mind: Mental Health Workshops with Pacific Clinics
High school students are invited to join KYCC’s College Corner every Thursday, from April 9 through May 7, for a series of mental health workshops led by Pacific Clinics. These sessions are designed for high school students and will cover topics like understanding stress and depression, the power of positive thinking, activating events, preparing for the future, and healthy coping techniques.
