Office Support

Communications Internship

Want to learn about how a community nonprofit works? Come to KYCC’s Administrative Office and support our Communications and Development staff in our efforts to build our organization and its impact in the Koreatown community.

During our Communications Internship, you will learn communications and marketing skills that are necessary in delivering KYCC’s message and efforts in community building. Training in website skills, social media, marketing and media relations will be provided.

We are looking for a 12-week commitment (minimum) for 5-10 hours a week. We are looking for candidates who are seeking community nonprofit experience or college credit. Qualified applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Social media experience is desired, but not necessary.

If you are unable to commit to this internship, but still want to be a part of KYCC, consider volunteering at one of our many events throughout the year. If you are looking for a paid position, please check out our job opportunities.

Graphic Design Internship

If you are interested in combining your graphic design skills with community service, KYCC is looking for you! We are looking for someone to help create agency materials and merchandise, such as flyers, brochures, and t-shirt designs. Boost your portfolio and help the Koreatown community! Please submit three (3) sample designs with your Volunteer Application.

Experienced Photographers/Videographers

If you are a professional photographer or videographer, KYCC would love to have you visit one of our programs or events in the greater Los Angeles area. We’re looking for someone who can help us develop, shoot and edit short (30-60 second) videos. Must have your own photo and/or video equipment.
