The campaign is designed to provide free tax preparation services to low-to-moderate income households and help eligible families claim thousands of dollars\u2019 worth of State and Federal tax credits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Garcetti empathizes with how complicated the process of tax filing can be without professional assistance and resources.
