Clinical Services

The KYCC Clinical Services Unit offers mental heath services for low-income children, youth and their families.  Individual, group and family therapy is provided in out-patient, school-based and in-home settings.  Services also include medication management, individual and family-based case management, child abuse prevention/intervention and parenting education.  All clinical services are available in English, Korean, and Spanish.

Registration Process

  2. Intake Counselor will conduct a 15-20 minute eligibility screening that will cover insurance information, previous treatment, present symptoms, and SSN (if available).
  3. Based on the eligibility screening, the Intake Counselor will add the child to the KYCC program waitlist or provide references to other organizations.  Wait time varies based on program space.
  4. Once  space becomes available, a KYCC therapist will call to schedule an in-person assessment to enroll the child into one of our programs.
