On April 21, KYCC hosted its 9th Annual Fore Children and Families Golf Classic at the Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine, CA. By the end of the event, KYCC raised a record amount of over $90,000 to support our youth services programs.

The Friday was sunny and breezy–perfect conditions for golfing and charity. Players competed in 36 teams of four in an exciting, 18-hole golf tournament that lasted all day. Upon check-in, participants were given swag bags and lunch boxes and entered into a raffle to win prizes provided by generous donors.

After an afternoon of golf, staff and tournament guests retired to the enjoy a dinner and a raffle at Strawberry Farms’ Big Red Barn. KYCC Executive Director Johng Ho Song resumed his annual role as auctioneer to energize the audience and raise proceeds for KYCC’s programs and services. Prizes included a 50-inch Vizio flatscreen TV, roundtrip business class tickets from Asiana Airlines and estate planning services.
